Return/Refund and Exchange Policies
You may return your item for a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include the reason for your return, your order number and return shipment tracking number. Returns should be shipped to us at Pearls By Grace, P. O. Box 848, McKinney, TX 75070.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package.
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A DAMAGED OR USED CONDITION.
Please note All SALE and Personalized Orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days based on your financial institution's policy.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your financial account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company directly. Please keep in mind, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver so please make sure that he/she knows about your return.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
